Did you ask him about the following items?
#1) the PDUFA timeframe expected? 6 months vs. 10 months under standard review
#2) will the partnership come shortly after PDUFA is announced?
#3) is the partnership dependent on the pending patent?
#4) how long after getting the PDUFA date can they withhold submitting the production manufacturer of Rexista? without impacting the PDUFA date? I am still surprise they can submit the NDA without that information....
#5) the forms submitted didn't actually say he sold any shares just his intend right? he could just be setting himself up to unloading a few shares after the partnership is announced after all his kids might be going to college if they follow in his footsteps to London he might have to sell more.

I would be more worried about the 2M warrants hopefully they have a long term view. I decided to hold my shares until they become long term vs paying 28% short term capitol gains tax ...when 2H2017 should be interesting!
