Man at what extent is Derek going to go to sell shares? to the point of taking it down to .10 so people will buy it again? Where is the integrity and pride of your company's reputation?

It shows me that he does not care about the PPS at all. He knows he has preferred shares and can protect then from any dilution storm.

The thing that gets me is that it would not take much effort or money out of his pocket to run this company the right way from this point on.

Just be alittle less greedy and slow down for 8 months with the dilution, and use the money that will be coming in from the dispensaries and EG.

Stop the dilution....common shareholders are not free ATM Machines Derek. You have to give back at some point and stop the bleeding....

And i don't mean having a reverse split after hours on a friday and then say hey look at the new PPS.

That never works out well for us trust me
