Can someone help me understand here.. after the end of NWS, the price is estimated at roughly $20 (with warrants activated) $100 (with warrants expired) and then fnma must recapitalize with issuing more common shares, is this correct? So really this is a bet on the warrants getting exercised? How many new shares will need to be issued to recapitalize?
