Sure there was some temptation to sell but I always consider the tax consequences. This stock is worth so much more and I rather pay 15% then 28% anytime. There is going to be so much change in the first 90 days there is no way I am moving off this stuff. I have waited for years and I not going to short change myself as 2017 is the year that the GSEs will own.
