THats easy. HCTI is an EPA awarded company. HCTI is working with multiple F500 Companies. HCTI already announced an increase in sales for this quarter. And dilution appears to be over and this thing always spikes hard when it ends.

Sometimes its Skil, Sometimes its Luc.
