Something just doesn't seem right to me with this Dilution....

The last known OS was about 179,000,000 share in August as listed on the OCTBB site.... to make the math simple lets say we are at 479,000,000 today, this is a 300,000,000 increase in the past 4 months...

The PPS was much higher than it is today when the dilution began, but lets use a safe average of say .002 over the dilution period... this is $600,000....

Per last 10Q there were only $182,000 in CD debt eligible for conversion during the dilution period.... this this dilution might be part CD conversions, but its only 1/3rd of the total dilution...

So the question is, who is diluting... (it can only be one person) with the bigger question of why is the company diluting with no word about this to shareholders???

Maybe I am all wet here, and would welcome input on others thoughts on this...
