OK so Ive been a part of this battle for 4-5 long years, its been an exhausting ride to say the least! i have purchased from .35 all the way down to a penny .01 to get my average down to .06

i want to share a little story here about PRKR (parkervision) same thing happened, started at .25c though. i hung on all the way till trials end and became a bag holder, they froze trading and the judge basically said no jury was able to make a decision on such complicated material and tossed it out after they won a jury trial!! any way this is my time line of my last experience.

heard about the stock.25c looked it over said ehhh.. bought a little

then crept up to $1-$1.50 when the lawyers took it for free. bought a lot more! by this time people were also selling off profit...

got a markman date.. crept continuously up to $3 won the markman..

crept up to $4 nice and slow... got a trial date stayed nice and steady... month long rally up to trial!

lost the first half but won the second half! no treble awarded!
by this time we hit 8.50!!! i was fat and feeling rich! however i held on way to long like a pig hoping for $20 a share! big mistake! on the last day it was all tossed!! i cried for a week!

the point is all that matters is the trial date...
.25 to $8 totally possible and really happened! when stupid amounts of day trader $$ and shorts poured in, the price action went nuts! and the real party started!

is this possible here? i think so... but i cant see any more than $1-3 a share coming up from a tiny penny! however i still feel this is way to cheap providing the facts and news we now know.. anything under .10c is a total bargain and i will be adding more if it stays low in the next few days...
