State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

Bitzio, Inc. is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q within the required time because there was a delay in completing the calculations necessary to close the books for the quarter.

What kind of advanced math would be needed to total up sales of tie-dyes and tutus? Do we need to lease a super-computer? Does Hubert Blanchette happen to own such a super-computer? Will he charge us a fortune? Did he buy it with our money? Why can't they at least be compliant with established regulations and explain what went so wrong, that they couldn't add up the numbers and file by the known deadline? Unbelievable. Their statement provides insufficient, and unreasonable, detail. There are deadlines. There is incompetence. Where are the explanations? One can dodge most encounters, but, ultimately... accountability catches up. Such is life. See ya in hell, BTZO. Don't forget to tip your driver, the next time karma delivers.
