I know it's a rhetorical question, but I'll answer it anyway. Could it be worse? Considering almost all of the current price results from half-truths, lies and complete fabrications, imagine the price if there were a real court case that effectively interfered with funding and potential partnerships and gosh I don't know how else something real would compound all the made-up and exaggerated crap.

But, what do I know. I was reminded today that I'm not a scientist in spite of my delusions.
