You read the news statement. Detail later. They have not figured out yet. but you can just be a fly on the wall and ask your self what is the best interest of the shareholder and rule that out at once. How can management get paid threw G&A for as long as possible and this might steer you in the right direction IMHO. Truly not sure. If you only get 6.8 million in share in new venture you got screwed.
