Yes but context matters

Only people who have been trading this stock are likely those who have been following it and likely averaging down

In fact I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the volume over the past week is the people on this board who "know the story" and have been reading the rulings

It will take a bit of time for people not educated on this stock to read up and then decide to get in
