I should've said that you are first asked: "If you know which department you wish to speak with, please dial it now."
At that point, you are given half a dozen choices like: 1) - to track an order, 2) sales opportunities for retailers, 3) Private Label retailers, etc., ending finally with "0" for the Operator.
Who knows, it may have been lunchtime when I called, and thus the receptionist was away....
When the receptionist does not answer, you are switched to Shipping & Receiving, and asked to leave a message.
