Financing will fund the initial phase to manufacture, produce, and deploy Dominovas Energy’s proprietary RUBICON™ SOFC systems, pursuant to signed and executed guaranteed Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).

1.2 billion on the way fellas, seems like all they needed was a demo unit and a bunch of MW deals. I think this brings total MW deals up to around 1000MW. I think the firework PR is any day now. :)
