I remember a claim that going dark wasn't a crime because if they have no news to report, what's the difference?
The difference is when they were reporting, they had to file an 8-K when changing officers/directors. But after filing a Form 15, Gregg Sullivan & Mark Cullivan can keep shareholders in the dark where there's no requirement to tell them anything...and they've ELECTED to do just that.
Big difference.
