Out of this POS... Glad I'm out of this crap company. Lies on the website.. Can't post lies on yahoo or other message boards due to legal reasons. Following these non stop lies has lead to absolutely nothing in the long run of 8 years. In glad I got into Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. A 110% better bet. VPER is stuck in a ditch and won't ever recoop for atleast another year or two as far as I can see. Good luck with this scam of a company.
