Regarding your last statement alone;
Your must include a prior financial instrument.
Since there has been no notification of an emergency meeting of shareholders we can rest assure r/s is not in play right now.

The way you worded it: your implying Intev buy Cvm for $128m based on a $100m payout to Cvm. So Intev; gets Cvm for $28m, gets the Cvm cash of $100m. Of course that sounds beautiful.

.Intev could shut it down, resell it, drop Multikyne, etc...who knows...
So let me try and use a bit of logic.
Intev; Why pay lawyer fees in addition to $28m? They should have settled and moved on.
