That is an interesting point. I don't know the law well, but Nevada is notorious for being pro-business owner and having very loose controls when it comes to regulating corporate officers. I saw on the URHG Facebook page postings by a Bill Tanner who objected to the fact that a company president could also be a Director. I agree with him that this would seem to be a conflict of interest on its face, but it might be fine in Nevada. I suppose you'd need a lawyer to advise you on that.
