Yeah ~214M shares fully diluted as of today - but the undisclosed amount and price for the series F offer today will certainly add to it. Unsure how much it adds to total share count or the exercise price. But PTN needed the cash and apparently this offering carries them until March 31st 2017 thus giving them breathing room to negotiate / release secondary data.

If you look at OCATA Therapeutics - they did a similar offering in June 2015, price depreciated to a low in August 2015, rebounded by November 2015 - and then they were acquired November 2015 by Astellas Pharma. So 5 months after their offering.

I still think that PTN is a solid BO, Asset sale, or Partner play these next 4 months. If nothing by mid-march 2017, then further dilution I suppose. And I'll probably of lost all confidence in management at that point.
