FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY Requires PTN To Plan $$$ Raise
regardless of what offers are on the table for partner or buyout. A lot of FUD has been dumped on this MB the past few hours IMO. PTN will show that they can raise the $$$ if needed and then be able to hold out for the best offer.
