Hmmm. Well also in the same 10-k it says John Rochon Sr takes no salary. Most CEO's of $160 million revenue companies make 2 million a year plus. Also they get other services from Richmont. So 2.2 annual fees to Richmont is reasonable to me. Seems to me they are likely doing it this way is they don't want to have who gets what out of that fee. That also is reasonable to me.

Since you are such a message board expert, maybe you could start your own MLM conglomerate and you could get the fees. But wait you can't. But you are good at message board bashing. That should be worth something. Josh you sound like such a bitter and jealous ex employee. Move on. It's not healthy.
