$15 million dollars and means that NONE of the remaining shares would be used for acquisitions or amalgamation. The likelihood that those shares would be sold at .01 is low -considering they have been discounted to .0065 and .005. Those shares are then sold by MH's buddies at an immediate
50% profit -none of that profit goes to supporting the company -it is an advance. The MJ industry is likely to have ups and downs over the next 2-4 years .Any financier who makes even 50% a YR return is turning a good profit -while MARCO collects a $250,000 a year salary and family insurance and health benefits. He is keeping this going for himself and his buddies benefit. Business is to make profit ;but ethically to not lie to your shareholders . What is his history -not good for shareholders. Paper degrees mean nothing if you intentions are bad- it just gives him the ability to string people along with false expectations.
