I do care , which is why I am not in the business of promoting a CEO and company that is clearly a share selling scheme. This ticker is nothing but an ATM for the bod. You are all left holding bags , while their private companies get paid.

I respect you have no qualms stating your position, however this isn't a stock promotion board, it's a stock discussion board.
