In case anyone hasn't noticed yet, scams don't achieve multi-year permits from the NYSDEC


Why not? The NYSDEC does not give a crap about the company and its fraud. They care about enviornmental issues as that is their mandate. Saying they don't give out permits to scams is the same as saying the city does not give building permits to scams. There is no logic whatsoever to the claim.
