It's obvious that Dr. Leonard is not pulling any punches here to get this project moving forward. Just because someone has big money doesn't mean you make them a Business Operations Manager! I trust that Dr. Leonard knows exactly what he is doing making him part of their team. Don't forget, Staker, Sercel, and Bailey have to work with this guy as well.
