Yeah, who knows..it's a lot of info to swallow in one heap. SEC filing never said anything about the Miami-Dade court case occurring that I ever remember reading or could find, only "Broward"....and then the rest of the "AMENDED COMPLAINT"...gawd...it's a freaking stunner....don't know if you read the entire thing yet...but YMCA aerobics, making friends with an MD, then giving her the "stem cell course" for "free" in return for "doing stem cell eye procedures" w/ "Comella alleged to be "in the operating room, participating w/ "no nurse or M.D. credentials"...and then a Cuban "doctor" who's apparently licensed only as a "nurse practitioner" in the U.S. routinely being introduced as "YOUR DOCTOR who's gonna do the procedure in Florida" at the U.S. Stem Cell clinic with Comella right by his side....and on and on and on....HOLY FREAKING COW....no wonder they want this info buried.....gawd...talk amazing allegations.....
So who knows...I'd "guess" this is far from over and far from being the last court case that will be brought against these guys and Comella's little "clinic" biz. It says right in the AMENDED COMPLAINT, that part of what occurs per Florida civil procedure, is the plaintiff attorney has to notify the Florida Board of Medicine or Dept of Health or whatever they're called- the agency that regulates unlicensed practice of medicine, medical facility licensing, etc. Every state has one and they are state level regulatory bodies- hell, in most states, you gotta be properly licensed to cut people's hair. Practicing medicine w/o the proper license, in most states, is severe fines usually, up to potentially even criminal charges per all I've ever read and seen when they "crack down" on this kind of stuff....again, it's ONLY ALLEGATIONS, UNPROVEN at this point....but they're before "the court", and they're serious allegations seems to me...no way to "spin these" to the positive or make um seem "trivial" that I can see or find ????

I believe that's the agency that the AMENDED COMPLAINT says must, or has been "notified" in order to properly file their court allegations as presented.
So who freaking knows...but again...I'd "guess" that this won't be the last "court case" we hear about from U.S. Stem Cell Clinic and/or USRM, now that the lid seems to me, to have sorta been blown off and wide open....will be fascinating to see where this all goes....not even counting the Northstar Biotech LLC big lawsuit moving along in Broward County and seeking their "RECEIVERSHIP"...which would be a complete and near total "game changer" I would think.....guess we'll see....
Wonder if this mess is even gonna survive all this? The Northstar suit already indicates/alleges Tomas "trying" to somehow "sell the company" but that he wouldn't even tell Northstar to who or for how much or terms the sale, etc.....wild stuff fa sure....stay tuned I guess....
