I think it has something to do with the shareholder letter that was just put out. It does look like the dividend WILL be issued. Bad news, broker call. Physical certificates. My guess, look for 2s by close unless they have something else in the works. You will have wait a year, then go thru your broker to sell them.

But at leas it looks like they are following thru and that's at least something.
