The key here is that we're creating a new base. The more shares that trade in this range creates a new floor. Those of us that have been in LIGA for a while have seen LIGA stock chart perform like this. LIGA doesn't give back much of the gains because the major stock holders seem to be holding tight and not selling much, if any shares at all in this range. This is very good for all of us long term shareholders.

IMO, LIGA is headed past a penny. Once we get news about pending deals, LIGA will jump again...GLTA
