MM's definitely playing a role here... especially with an OTC board, from what I've read/heard. I kind of see PMCB as a coil with the MM's putting pressure on it, squeezing it down. Eventually, though, it will spring back with great force. The more they try to manipulate it the harder and further it will bounce.
