The dd has been done. This is a SCAM. Nothing more. Marilu has proven that out with her continuous lies and lack of transparency since she became involved. She went so far as to make the company insolvent and got it repossessed, since then no filings have been on time, revenues have continued on a failing downward trajectory, more debt has been added, and the company can't even pay their suppliers or ship out orders on time. Absolutely nothing worth while going on with btzo. SCAM and buyer beware. This company is a giant FRAUD IMO.
