Wave Systems in Development Pact With Intel

PORTLAND, Ore. (Dow Jones)--Wave Systems Corp.[NasdaqNM:WAVX] has reached an agreement with Intel Corp. (NasdaqNM:INTC - News) that will help both companies to accelerate the development and deployment of applications and services for safer computing on personal-computer platforms.
In a press release, Wave said the agreement will enable Intel to bundle Wave's software and services with a future Intel desktop motherboard, targeted for trusted computing platforms.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

Wave Systems makes products which monitor and manage the use of electronic information adn software.
