They haven't won anything yet - you are right , but they have the guts to go after a big law firm that treated them wrong .
They won't do so unless they believe to have a firm case .
The fact that scumbags like Kodiak are even allowed to exist , run around and mislead , is what really should worry all of us.
The SEC should pursue them and their alike to secure us , innocent investors / traders . They can kill companies for no reason !
