I have a feeling Maxs "test strips" are going to be used in a method for quick testing cbd oil batchs most likely in house at Notis. They probably bought bulk test strips, Its to damn obvious now.

That doesnt mean the stock is going to fly away or a reverse split isnt going to happen but they are working on something together!!

Max knows they have product and that is why he is investing like crazy.
