Thanks for the update on the other board!!

I talk to an person of interest on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving at ERHE'S headquarters and he was very polite, upbeat and sincere about ERHE current position.

While he could not elaborate on future prospects for the company, he did say they are working with Deloitte and others to find a solution to the issues that have already been addressed in prior news releases.

Just more Facts.
