$BLSP management must do more to promote the story of this company. When you are on the OTC, you need TRADERS to provide needed liquidity--and the company needs 150 more investors before even thinking of up upscaling to a higher exchange.

In other words, if you connect to the DUKE grid, publish the press release on a regular trading day.


Still a believer--but frustrated by the lack of energy.
