Uber has a very successful app that generates billions of dollars in revenues.

Uber doesn't need FARE's "technology" which generates zero revenues.

the idea that one of the most successful technology companies in modern times would get in a bidding war over FARE, a tiny company with years of failure and no revenues is beyond absurd.
