If the smart money is done turning their shares into cash....what incentive is there to hire promotional outfits to pump it again? Maybe a rinse and repeat in a year or two though I think

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
