Here's hoping you're right about refinancing news coming soon. I do have a question about timing of news. How can they predict they'll have it done by the end of November? Don't get me wrong as I hope they do. But if it's being negotiated, I don't see how it can be known exactly when both sides will agree.
Hopefully, some of you more familiar with this type of thing will help me out.
