5% discounted equity is what I expected LAST year, but TRTC couldn't keep the SG&A under control to get those terms.

IF TRTC can show it's going to become an entity for the shareholders and not just the insiders, then and only then will financing terms continue to improve.

Potentially in 2017 non-equity financing will become available, but not until its cash flow positive.
