The deal hasn't closed yet. The press release says MMEG has provided a binding Letter of Intent to acquire Poolworks Germany, but that the transaction is "expected to close by the end of December, 2016." So maybe we will run on once we get the news that the transaction is complete. Don't know...just a thought. But I will be watching for that PR.
