So it looks like they company is containing expenditures. So they finally address the bleeding so now what do we have to look forward. We have about $50 mil that was put into this company and we have an EIS and now we are staring at a $2 mil market capitalization. The main assets are the water rights and the desalination plant. Now if they move forward like it looks they are this is going to be the life blood of the entire region and sure worth more in economic development than the $2.0 mil market capitalization. So it makes sense to step into this or average down at these levels. If there is a worry that they are going to do an offering at these levels that would be self defeating. It makes no sense and I think that is why people are selling. I think new managements agenda is to move forward with the desalination project. Looks and smells like a JV where another company puts the money up and then we get a piece of the revenue for allowing the use of the EIS. So all is not lost. Waiting for more news to come.
