I am aware of the back loading analysis of the ABT deal. If you believe that, you can probably buy a bridge in the Big Apple. That was CEO spin at it best. If it was not spin, and I find that hard to believe, Moro would be the most incompetetant CEO on the face of the Earth. Let's see, I do not want to get any up front money so my balance sheet will garner some respect. I want to continue paying for everything with stock. I don't care about the share price between now and when ABT comes through with the milestone. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.

Can you post some other royalty rates that ABT is paying for tests? You apparently don't like my seaching ability so just tell me and show me where you found it. Let's compare.

I personally think ABT will incorporate the test in some fashion with the PSA test but they have until Dec 2007 before any money has to change hands. That's a long wait if it gets drawn out. Also, what happens to the licensing rights to RECAF if BOCX goes chapter? I didn't like how the last two events went down and I think it is down to about three possible events. The ABT milestone, the development of the colorimetric test, or an additonal partnership. Nothing else is going to do much.
