Dang...

I said I was done here, because I was pretty disheartened by the 20 plus articles I found saying the concession was trashed, and the other 5 or so environmentalist sites celebrating this news... Via twitter, Facebook, etc...

But dang.

There are just a few things that drive me nuts here...

First... They "secured" 3billion. They do not have 3 billion "secured". There is a huge difference there.

Second of all...

Albania did not breach the contract! Shala energy did. They state this over and over in every article I found. "Failure to meet contractual obligations"

Why would Albania owe 3P any money when 3P and their subsidiary are the ones that dropped the ball? These things (engineering plan, environmental impact, etc.) may have been completed by (insert) Kelag, Stucky, Illyrian, Boga...

but then why weren't they filed with the Ministry of energy?

There is NO reason. There is no cloak and dagger BS going on. There is no need to hide anything g from the press, because the press already KNOWs about it.

Falak may still pull a rabbit out of the hat here... And somehow pump this thing to 20 cents... (I hope so) Which is why I still own a fraction of shares...

But it is my strong, strong opinion, after the extensive DD I've done, all the folks I have contacted...

That Shala project is DEAD

That news is over a month old and we have yet to hear it from any of the 3P management...
