yea, a brief bit of digging yielded similar results. shock inc is pretty vague. I'm expecting an 8k very soon with more details. The shares issued or exchanged don't seem like an overwhelming dilution. If there is anything shockingly awesome about shock inc we may be shocked at what this las ends up doing. a hope I share with all parties involved, cause I've never been to a vegas shareholders meeting yet, after we all hit the mooooon - and it is way overdue.

john does seem pretty legit tho, not some some chop shop merger clown. lot's of M&A background, and CEO experience with large company, real, not smoke and mirrors. mr. honour and his mayoral candidacy add legitimacy and credibility to a large extent also. i guess the other honour is his brother? from the same mother? papa and young gun? anyways, it's still a bit obfuscated. they all seem too qualified. this could be big.
