Activision & Bungie fail in attempt to get all patent claims dismissed before the United States Patent Office IPR. At least 2 Claims will now return to District Court on Patent Infringement case that has been pending awaiting the outcome of the IPR PTAB rulings. The Patent office has yet to rule on the other patents as well, those decisions should be release within the next few days.

This is a major win for the smaller company that helped pioneer the 3D gaming industry, One which Activision has been fighting for many years now trying to get the Patents invalidated.
