Being current is absolutely very cheap.

You can hire a bookkeeper to prepare annual financial & tax return for $500-$1000, or do it yourself if you're competent with quickbooks.

A company that's transacting essentially no business like HDUP, it would take less than 2 hours to enter a year's books.
