Hi Billymack: The question isn't so much "Why hasn't the price gone up?" as it is "Why are shares so undervalued?" Obviously, a number of shareholders are happy with gains that can be made at current levels. Who are they? Dunno, but low volume enables manipulation.

A broader shareholder base is critical to bringing SP to fair value--2xSPR minimum. Currently it is less than 1. Broader base not only in numbers, but in purchasing power.

The investors needed to drive SP to where it should be are not likely to come in until audited results are published and RXMD gets off the Pinks
