Not speculation about a reason either. The reason is 10B shares 18 months over due to toxic lenders any of whom can sue Wayne personally for fraud because he did not maintain a reserve to pay them when due.

Before that claim is made, I am not saying they will, just that they can.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
