CGRA management are not idiots as some of us here trying to portrait them. No one, on earth with normal sense would care to dump $40 Million on a project if there is not oil in the region?? All these loose talk is not going to bring the price down further in my honest opinion. With the next news release this is going to trade above 10cts or above for sure.
