It does not take much time. The US Trustee will reply with somewhat of a form letter indicating their level of involvement. At the end of the day, they don't get involved unless there is criminal activity/fraud.

But, it's human nature to look with a more critical eye when you're getting emails daily warning you about the criminal activity related to IMSC/PP/DMRJ, etc.

Contacting the equity holder's committee is more to show support and let them know investors appreciate their efforts and agree that their pursuits are just.
