Your web site, your letters to the Board of Accountancy, your letter to the judge are going to be very helpful, if not dispositive, to Cowan's case.
Would love being a witness. That would require notifivation and I am sure TAUG would then call me first. I would love detailing all the malpractice, code of ethics violations, lawyers lying in pleadings, Cowan and Meyler committing fraud on the court, and the insurance company attorney advising Cowan and Meyler to violate the New Jersey and PCAOB rules by telling them not to forward TAUG's work papers. I doubt that would be dispositive, especially because that makes no sense. When I am a witness that would mean the case is already before a jury.
You do remember the judge TRANSFER the case in the interest of justice. Whose justice did you think she was protecting. Also, it appears I was right about about in personal jurisdiction, as the judge ruled there was personal jurisdiction of both Meyler and Cowan. Think chewy Bakeart has anything to do with that.
